Name of your Institution/Organization (Please do not include any address here. It is strictly for entering name alone)

A short description of your school/organization

JUPEB Institution API Key (best copy-and-paste, to avoid errors)

Candidates' JUPEB Fee for Your Institution

Candidates' Minimum Payable JUPEB fee (if you allow payment of JUPEB fee in installments)

Institution/Organization Abbreviation (For JUPEB, this will be used to create your Foundation Number/Student Number)
